• I just like the players to be able to get prepared as well as they can and like to clear my head for the last 1 or 2 minutes before i go on the sideline because there is lots going on in your head before the game so its important that you have that 1 or 2 minutes to let things settle and make sure im ready to make any decision thats going on
  我只是希望球员们能尽可能的做好准备，而我自己在走到场边之前的最后一两分钟里要清空自己的脑子，因为之后直至比赛开始会有很多东西扑面而来，所以用一两分钟让思绪稳定下来，确信自己已经准备好了去做决定，这很要紧。
